Virgin Health Bank Re-brand.

Virgin Health Bank offered families the opportunity to store stem cells collected from their baby’s umbilical cord blood. The service introduced expectant parents to a specialist area of healthcare, where clear information and trust were essential.

The brief.

Virgin Health Bank needed a brand that could make a complex subject feel accessible, combining the reassurance expected of a healthcare service with the approachable character of Virgin. Its communications also needed to support families at different stages, from discovering the service to receiving information after becoming customers.

We developed the brand using findings from research groups, grounding the creative in an understanding of the audience. These insights helped shape how Virgin Health Bank presented itself, with an emphasis on communicating clearly and sensitively at an important moment in parents’ lives.

The outcome.

We created the Virgin Health Bank brand and brought it to life through a range of direct marketing materials, including promotional emails, flyers and brochures. Together, these gave the business practical ways to introduce its service, explain the offer and encourage further enquiries.

We also developed aftercare information packs, extending the same care and attention beyond the initial marketing. These provided a consistent point of reference for customers, carrying the brand through from first impressions into the ongoing relationship.

The work gave Virgin Health Bank a connected set of communications built around its audience. From promotional materials to aftercare, the brand provided a clear, approachable framework for discussing a specialist service and supporting customer confidence.
