Following a recent rebrand, our brief was clear: to deliver a website that would reflect their new positioning, enhance the user experience, and drive engagement. In addition to the website, we partnered with System C across other key marketing touchpoints, including animated video content and their flagship annual event, UserCon.

Starting With The Website
System C’s existing website, though functional, did not reflect the strength of their new visual identity or the complexity of their offerings. In parallel, they sought to modernise their event presence and use video content more strategically, all while engaging diverse audience groups, from NHS Trusts to local authorities and IT decision-makers.

System C's UserCon 2025
System C’s annual conference, UserCon, is a key event in their marketing calendar. We worked collaboratively to design a full suite of event materials, including:
- On-site branding and signage
- Exhibition graphics and speaker backdrops
- Digital presentations and wayfinding assets
- Printed collateral and merchandise
Our goal was to create a polished, professional atmosphere capturing the spirit of innovation and community that defines System C.


Video Animation: Storytelling Through Motion
To support awareness and understanding of System C’s offerings, we produced a high-impact animated explainer video. The video was crafted to:
- Distil complex information into a clear, engaging narrative.
- Reflect the new brand visually and tonally.
- Communicate effectively the onboarding process between NHS trusts and System C.
The website project has been well-structured and clearly managed from the outset. It’s been a demanding process, but the support and direction provided throughout – particularly around planning, issue resolution, and prioritising key actions – has kept the project on track.
