We’ve all had bad experiences with a call centre but that will certainly not have been the case with our client Capita Customer Management. Capita manage many of the customer service functions for some of the largest UK consumer facing organisations such as M&S, the National Trust and William Hill. 

 Naturally, Capita wanted to make the most of this market position and build on their already outstanding client base, so they turned to Wish.

Having secured the Capita business, their website management was migrated over to Wish and a thorough programme of design and development work began.
