There is no charge to enter the prize draw and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry will be accepted per care home or organisation.

Promotional period
The prize draw opens on 7th October 2026 and closes on 8th October 2026.

The prize
One winner will receive £250 for their care home team.

The prize will be provided as £250 gift voucher.

The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered, except where circumstances outside Wish Agency's reasonable control make this necessary.

Selecting the winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place within 7 working days of the closing date.

Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when requesting their Digital Health Check.

Wish Agency will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Wish Agency reserves the right to select another winner at random.

Receiving the prize
The winner may be required to confirm their name, organisation and eligibility before the prize is provided.

The prize will be issued within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.

Publicity
Wish Agency may ask the winner for permission to share their organisation's name in connection with the prize draw. Any additional photographs, testimonials or promotional activity will only be used with appropriate agreement.

Data protection
Personal information supplied as part of the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion and the Digital Health Check in accordance with Wish Agency's Privacy Policy.

Entering the prize draw does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Where required, marketing consent will be collected separately.

General
Wish Agency reserves the right to reject entries which are incomplete, fraudulent or do not meet these terms and conditions.

Wish Agency may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

The promoter's decision regarding the operation of the prize draw and selection of the winner is final.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
