Taking over a portfolio of care websites
After inheriting a portfolio of legacy Springfield websites, with individual websites per home and homecare service, we made a series of conversion optimisations to improve their overall performance. Our creative team then created the new Springfield Homecare and Care Villages websites, which we launched in 2019 to great appreciation from the client team. Following a re-brand and continued growth, with a further two homes opening, the Wish team got to work on a further new website that brought everything into one. In addition to looking great and being conversion-focused, our technical team managed all SEO rankings with a careful re-launch and redirections from the old websites.
Generating leads with paid campaigns
Whilst driving resident occupancy leads into each home through Google and social paid marketing, Wish also support Springfield’s carer and nursing recruitment programme, utilising online and offline geographic targeting around each home. Our campaigns in recruitment won us a European Paid Social marketing award with The Drum.
